ODU’s original distance learning program was delivered over satellite and was launched in partnership with the Virginia Community College System to provide quality higher education to students at a distance, especially in areas with limited educational opportunities.

We have partnerships with the Virginia Community College System, higher education centers, and military bases across the state of Virginia, and with select intitutions in Washington State. 

Faculty Support

All courses in ODUOnline programs are taught by ODU faculty. These faculty members are supported by ODU's Center for Learning and Teaching.
