Why ODU for Management?

Any organizational function requires planning, organizing, leadership and control. Whenever a group of people work together for the same goal, they need a manager. Every employer in the world needs well-trained managers on their team.

ODU's management major will develop your understanding of management as both an art and a science. You'll learn the administrative skills necessary for positions of leadership and responsibility.

Management is a particularly good choice for people who have varied or broad interests. Successful management students also share the goal of accomplishment through collaboration.

When you graduate, you will earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management.
