This interdisciplinary program strengthens the skills employers look for in emerging leaders. You will build knowledge in ethical leadership, legal issues, written and oral communication, critical thinking, and decision-making. With coursework that draws from multiple fields, you can apply what you learn in both organizational and community settings.
Designed for degree completers, the program values the progress you have already made with transfer-friendly pathways. You can transfer up to 90 credits toward the 120 credits required. Eligible military-affiliated students may also explore a military pathway that can convert qualifying experience into college credit.
When you graduate, you will earn a Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies with a major in leadership. You’ll graduate with the practical tools to lead teams, communicate across differences, and make sound decisions.
