Connecting Your Students to ODUGlobal

Students can connect with ODUGlobal in several ways:

  • Submit any inquiry form on our website to be contacted by an ODUGlobal enrollment coach.
  • Send an email to oduglobal@odu.edu.
  • If they are committed to transferring to ODU and would like immediate access to an application fee waiver and direct connection with an enrollment coordinator, they can complete our Letter of Intent here.

We offer 120+ online academic offerings, including over 40 undergraduate degrees and certificate programs. Students can explore and compare programs directly on our website.

How ODUGlobal Supports Your Students

Step 1: Our Enrollment Coaches serve as the first point of contact for students. Their primary responsibility is to actively engage with students about their academic goals to ensure compatibility with our university.

Step 2: Our Enrollment Coordinators (ECs) answer program-specific questions and provide a free, unofficial transcript evaluation. Our ECs work collaboratively with your advising staff to create academic plans that help students save time and money.

Step 3: Upon admission, each student is assigned a Student Success Director (SSD) who specializes in their chosen program. The SSD provides ongoing support and connects students with key academic resources such as the library, writing center, tutoring services, and more. This dedicated support continues throughout the student’s journey, all the way to graduation.

Our Academic Partnerships team offers virtual general information sessions to introduce institutions to Old Dominion University and ODUGlobal. Our most requested engagements cover specific programs, and these sessions are customized to align with the specific needs of your institution.
