General Guidelines for All Appointments

To make the most of your appointment, please follow these tips:

  • Prepare your questions in advance—we’re here to help you succeed.
  • Notify us if you’ll be late or can’t attend. We’re happy to reschedule.
  • Choose a quiet, indoor location. Outdoor or in-car settings can cause noise and connectivity issues.
  • Avoid multitasking (e.g., cleaning, shopping, working) to stay focused.
  • Do not drive during your appointment. If you are driving, we will immediately cancel the meeting and ask you to reschedule.
