Norfolk, Va. – Old Dominion University has been recognized as one of the top ten 2019 Best Online Bachelor's in Human Services programs in the nation by BestColleges. The annual ranking highlights accredited, nonprofit institutions who have developed quality online human services programs that focus on student outcomes.
