Continuing Education can accept payments for courses in several different forms. ODU's helpful staff can assist you in determining if you might qualify for any number of various funding options that could assist you with non-credit continuing educational opportunities to improve your marketability and advance your career.

Early bird discount ends 3 weeks prior to class start date.

Course fee includes all books, including access to the SHRM online learning resources for 17 months, but does not include registration for the SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP examinations. Discounts will not be provided for students that purchased outside books or materials.

Refund Policy

To withdraw from this course, you must send a request in writing to cepd@odu.edu (7) days prior to the start date of the course. Failure to attend a course does not constitute withdrawal. Course registration fees, less a $100.00 processing fee will be refunded back to your original form of payment. There are no refunds once the class has begun. Late withdrawals of six (6) days or less before the class begins will result in the student being charged the $100.00 processing fee, as well as charges for books and/or other course material fees.

Tuition Bundle & Payment Plan

ODU Continuing Education (CE) is offering our Learning System students an opportunity to purchase the Learning System course, SHRM Test Prep course, and a SHRM Exam Voucher for a discounted price of $2,150. Enroll now and enjoy savings of over $250, making our SHRM Tuition Bundle an even more valuable investment in your professional growth.

Additionally, students interested in the SHRM Tuition Bundle can benefit from our convenient Payment Plan. The following payment plan guidelines will apply:

  1. Total tuition must be paid in full before the end of the SHRM Learning System Course.
  2. A minimum down payment of $600 must be made no later than 7 days prior to the class start date.
  3. Choose to make 1 – 3 additional equal monthly payments.
  4. CE will invoice you for the remainder of the amount owed according to the payment options selected at the time of registration.

The tuition bundle option can be selected during registration.
