Everything we do involves real estate; we live in it, play in it, work in it and study in it. It plays a central role in the economic and social fabric of communities.
Our program, supported by the Harvey Lindsay School of Real Estate and the E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate, prepares you for a wide array of career paths and helps you understand the pivotal role of real estate, from deciding what will be developed to how it will be financed, sold, leased and managed.
Your coursework will help you develop the analytical and critical thinking skills required by public and private sector organizations involved in the real estate industry. You will also learn the professional, ethical and legal standards expected of professionals in the industry.
When you graduate, you will earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in financial management with a major in Real Estate.
