Required Courses

  • 15 credit hours

You will take four core public procurement and contract management courses, then choose one elective course from public administration or engineering management. Specific questions about curriculum or admission requirements in this Graduate Certificate program should be directed to PublicProcurement@odu.edu.

Online Learning Environment

Access course materials online from any location. Many classes don't have a scheduled meeting time, so you can fit class into your personal schedule. The instructor may schedule assignments and exams at specific times. All courses follow ODU's regular academic calendar.

  • In-state Virginia Residents$523 per credit hour*
  • Out-of-state Students$568 per credit hour

Rates are effective Summer 2018 and subject to change.

How to Apply

After you have been admitted to ODU, please verify your intent to complete this certificate by filling out a PPCM Enrollment Form (PDF) and sending it to the department (instructions in the form).
