Today's workplace needs leaders skilled in areas such as reasoning, communications and analysis. In ODU's leadership degree program, you will focus on the characteristics and skills you need to be a strong leader. You will learn ethical leadership, legal issues, communication skills, and critical thinking/decision-making.
This is an interdisciplinary degree. That means you may combine leadership studies with courses from areas such as:
- computer science
- information technology
- criminal justice
Before you graduate, you'll complete a project demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
The degree is offered by the College of Arts and Letters through coordination with the School of Continuing Education.
