Our program begins with an administrative skills portfolio assessment. Your online coursework will provide conceptual and theoretical knowledge. Program themes include:

Virginia Licensure
** You do not need three years of educational experience to apply to this program. However, to be eligible for an Administration and Supervision preK-12 license in the Commonwealth of Virginia, you must have completed three years of successful, full-time experiences in a public or accredited nonpublic school in an instructional personnel position with licensure as a teacher or school counselor.

Required Courses for the Online Educational Leadership Program
- 30 credit hours, including internships
For this online master's program in educational leadership, you will complete 24 credits of content coursework and six credits of clinical experiences. 120 internship hours are embedded throughout the content coursework.
This degree is cohort-based, which means you will take a specific sequence of courses with a defined group of fellow students.
