Old Dominion University International Scholarship Winner to Pursue Flooding Solutions

After witnessing several huge and disastrous weather events which heavily impacted his home, Joshua Pasion developed a lifelong interest in engineering.

The silver award was given for a video ad highlighting ODU's flexibility and commitment to helping students fit online classes into their busy lives. The video features a family patiently waiting for their mom to complete classwork and then celebrating her online learning success.

Old Dominion University Partnered with Women in Defense Greater Hampton Roads for Virtual Networking Events

ODUOnline, Old Dominion University's Office of Distance Learning, was proud to partner with Women in Defense Greater Hampton Roads (WIDGHR) to deliver several virtual events focused on professional development.

The first event was WIDGHR's Industry Day. This annual event is designed to help  companies and businesses connect with women within the defense industry for developmental opportunities, networking, encouragement and professional development.
