Required Courses
12 credit hours
You will take one 200-level core biology course (3 credit hours) and a minimum of three upper level biology courses. To complete this minor, you also must have a C (2.0) or better in BIOL 121N + BIOL 122N and BIOL 123N + BIOL 124N.
A minor can only be earned as part of an undergraduate program. Talk with an ODUGlobal enrollment coordinator to determine if you have credits that will transfer.
Online Learning Environment
Access course materials online from any location. Some classes will have live, regular online meeting times, while others will not. The instructor may schedule assignments and exams at specific times. All courses follow ODU's regular academic calendar.
We offer a free transfer evaluation before you apply, so you'll know how your credits may transfer. Let us know which program you're interested in, and we'll contact you to get the process started.
