Why ODU for a Training Specialist program?

Design. Analyze. Develop. Evaluate. This online program in occupational and technical studies combines technical courses with business training.

You'll learn the skills to assess problems and propose training solutions. The goal is to improve productivity through workforce training. As a training specialist, you will work with subject matter experts to build training curriculum in virtually any type of work setting.

The coursework in this program is based on the latest research by the Association for Talent Development (formerly American Society for Training and Development, ASTD).

When you graduate, you will earn a Bachelor of Science with a major in Occupational and Technical Studies and a Training Specialist concentration.
