TidyUP

TidyUP is a tool specializing in identifying and removing unused or outdated content. Deleting extraneous content will also positively impact your YuJa Panorama accessibility score, as every item in your course is scanned.

Notes

• Download your files before you delete anything! Once you activate the tool in each of your Canvas courses and have scanned your course content (as described in the Getting Started with TidyUP resource below), you have the option to download a zip file to backup your content.
• Question Banks and images: There are some limitations on what TidyUP can identify as “in use,” and question banks are not distinguished when associated with a quiz or not. See TidyUP Best Practices for more information.
