* Active Duty Tuition Rate: We must be able to verify your active-duty status in the Army, Coast Guard, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Navy using the Servicemember's Civil Relief Act (SCRA) website. Other Service Components, including Reserve and National Guard, are not eligible for this reduced tuition rate.
NOTE: Online students who move to Virginia are not guaranteed in-state rates. Normal domicile rules apply, and these are handled by the Office of the Registrar. The 2024-2025 undergraduate tuition rate for Virginia residents without Virginia domicile is $1,109 per credit hour.
