Using the SHRM Learning System for SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification Preparation as a foundation, this live instructor-led, certification preparation review program provides you with a final opportunity to have your questions answered prior to sitting for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exam. This program is primarily intended for individuals preparing for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exam, and provides learners with guidance to help them succeed on the exam.

  • While this program will explore SHRM's Learning System content at a high level, it will focus primarily on answering test preparation questions including:

    • How can I use the SHRM Learning System features to position myself for exam success?
    • How should I prepare for answering the exam's knowledge-based and situational judgment questions?
    • What should I expect on the day of the exam?

    • Saturdays, 8:00am to 5:00pm
    • Classes are Online, Live & Synchronous.
    • Class sessions will not be recorded; students must log in during the scheduled day/time to participate.

    • Non-member Rate: $250
    • SHRM Member or Prior ODU SHRM 2023-2024 Learning System Student Rate: $199
    • Please note: The registration fee for this course does not include the SHRM Learning System books. You must own the 2022 or 2023 SHRM Learning System books to participate in this review course.
  • Continuing Education can accept payments for courses in several different forms. ODU's helpful staff can assist you in determining if you might qualify for any number of various funding options that could assist you with non-credit continuing educational opportunities to improve your marketability and advance your career.

  • To withdraw from a course you must send a request in writing to davans@odu.edu (7) days prior the start date of the course. Failure to attend a course does not constitute withdrawal. Course registration fees, less a $50 processing fee will be refunded via the original form of payment. There are no refunds once the class has begun. Late withdrawals of six (6) days or less before the class begins, will result in the student being charged the $50 processing fee, as well as charges for books and/or other course material fees.
