Application Dates & Deadlines

We're here to help.

ODUGlobal offers 8-week academic terms to provide the flexibility you need to succeed in college. We encourage you to add these dates to your calendar so you’re ready for the next term.

Students applying for financial aid should apply as early as possible. This allows time for you to complete federal financial aid applications and receive financial aid decisions before classes start.

Deadlines for military students are often earlier than general university deadlines.

Online Certificate, Licensure and Teacher Endorsement Programs

You can often take courses for a certificate program as a non-degree seeking student. Some certificates and endorsement programs have special requirements to ensure that you are prepared for the program. For those programs, you will apply to the specific program as well as applying to ODU as a general non-degree seeking student.

Please check the program web pages for eligibility details, or contact us to learn more.
